Delivery: A puppy can either be picked up, or the seller will be willing to ship the puppy at the buyers expense, weather permitting, after full payment is received.
SALES AGREEMENT
THIS IS A LEGAL CONTRACT – READ IT CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS BEFORE SIGNING – THAT YOU AGREE WITH TERMS SET FORTH.
This Agreement of Sale applies to the dog, registered with the American Kennel Club, under:

The sellers certify that the above described Dog is of sound health at the time of this sale. The buyers are advised to have this dog examined by a competent Bulldog Veterinarian of the buyers choice within 6 months and are allowed to return this dog to the Sellers within this period of 6 months for a full credit towards another dog, if the veterinarian finds the dog to be of questionable health.
The seller is not responsible for the health of this dog after the expiration of the 6 month period. The sellers can not and do not guarantee that any male dog sold will have two testicles. The sellers cannot and do not guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppy or dog/bitch.
Delivery: A puppy can either be picked up, or the seller will be willing to ship the puppy at the buyers expense, weather permitting, after full payment is received.

The dog you are purchasing, as described above, is REGISTERED/REGISTERABLE (circle one) with The American Kennel Club, Inc. Registration means only that the AKC maintains information regarding the parentage and identity of this dog. It does not guarantee the quality or health of this dog, and it does not guarantee quality lineage. Since dog pedigree registries depend in large part on the honesty and accuracy of persons registering dogs, registration does not guarantee the accuracy of the lineage recorded nor that this dog is purebred.

DISCLOSURE BY THE BREEDER/SELLER OF KNOWN PROBLEMS TO EXIST IN PUREBRED (ENGLISH) BULLDOGS.
The following items are to disclose to the buyer(s) problems known to exist in the Bulldog Breed. The Bulldog is widely known to have, throat (elongated pallet), nose, ear, eye, tracheas, joint, ligament, demodectic, mange, tendon, heart, allergy, skin, breathing, heat tolerance, hip and spine problems and defects, amongst other less prominent genetic problems and defects that are too often undetectable by the breeder or the examining veterinarian at birth or during the first year of life of this Bulldog.
Bulldogs are very sensitive to heat, very hard to cool down if overheated, the buyer(s) will be ever so cautious about walking your Bulldog, to make sure the distance is tolerable, enjoyable and does not threaten the dogs well being. Only walk a Bulldog during the coolest time of the 24 hour day. NEVER leave a Bulldog in a car or vehicle without the air conditioning operating, they can overheat in 2 to 3 minutes, faster than any other breed of dog with fatal results.
Be aware as with any dog, an unleashed Bulldog left to run loose in an unfenced or unprotected area can end up injured or tragically dead from a vehicle or other animals. Bulldogs should never be tethered to an object. They should be leashed only to a person. Collars should fit the Bulldogs necks very loosely, be large enough so as to create no constant tension to the throat and not restrict the Bulldogs free breathing.
BULLDOGS CANNOT SWIM. BEWARE OF POOLS AND WATER OF ANY DEPTH.
The Buyer(s) are hereby informed in this disclosure, that the Bulldog breed of dog will have high medical expense, could or may have extensive medical care and expense in its lifetime and the buyer(s) will be aware and prepared for that, or opt, at this time, not to purchase this dog, or a Bulldog.
Because of the genetics inherent in the Bulldog Breed the previously described Bulldog is sold as-is, excepted only by any conditions agreed to in writing by the breeder/seller and buyer(s).
